Prior to entering commercial real estate, Charles spent seven years leading retail roofing sales, generating over $19.2 million in sales and building trust with Central Florida communities. That experience gave him valuable insight into roofing systems, residential and commercial property condition inspections, and long term asset value—knowledge that directly supports clients in making sound decisions to protect their investments.

In addition, Charles’s extensive service industry experience has equipped him to communicate effectively, build trust, and understand the unique goals of a wide range of clients. He prides himself on being detail oriented, responsive, and solution focused, ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.
