As a Florida native, Kolby Parker has a deep appreciation for everything the state has to offer—from its beautiful beaches to the vibrant communities that make Central Florida feel like home. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Kolby earned her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, giving her a strong foundation in contracts, negotiation, and the legal details that play an important role in real estate transactions. Before transitioning into real estate, she worked as a paralegal and spent many years in the restaurant industry, where she developed a passion for working with people and delivering exceptional service.
 
These experiences shaped Kolby’s approach to real estate today—being attentive, detail-oriented, and fully committed to creating a smooth and positive experience for every client she serves at MacGeorge Realty Company. As a mom to her young son, Kolby understands how meaningful it is to find the right place to call home and takes pride in helping others achieve that same milestone. When she’s not assisting clients with buying or selling their homes, Kolby enjoys reading a good thriller novel, spending time at the beach, and making memories with her family.
